In-Person Energy Healing
Meet me in our quiet studio on Gumbaynggirr Country. I’ll bring everything we need — a massage table, blankets, and any and all healing tools. The session is the use of mixed modalities, mostly intuitive led healing, using hands on and off methods.
Distance Energy Healing
You’ll relax in your own space, ideally lying down, uninterrupted for the 30 minutes. (If you don’t have the space to be uninterrupted and present with yourself no matter where you are or what you are doing if you are open to receive you will) Being present with yourself during the session isnt just an opportunity to be with yourself but also open to receiving messages, connections and sensations yourself during the session. it works just as powerfully. I’ll check in before and after via voice note or message.
Group Healing
Thursday Club, is a group distant healing session every Thursday night. This is the same as a distant healing but it a collective session. No video call is needed the energy simply is worked with regardless of you are present and holding space for yourself or busy with the kids. Integration and messages from after this session are emailed across to the collective the next day.

Crystal placement and energy centre balancing
Grounding and elemental work
Visualisation, or energy clearing

Hands off and on with gentle touch / massage

Each session is working with the energy to support in restoring a reconnection with your spirit and a coming home to self.
Supporting all ailments on an energetic level as Everything is energy — your thoughts, your body, your emotions, the land. In this healing space, we work with that energy in a way that’s deeply intuitive and guided by connection to Earth, Spirit, and the elements. This isn’t about fixing or curing — it’s about creating space for your system to soften, release, and return to its own natural state of balance.
By supporting the energetic layers of your being — physical, emotional, spiritual, and beyond — this work helps you remember what it feels like to feel whole, connected, and in rhythm with yourself and the world around you.
It really is about actually receiving what you are ready, willing and open to receive and trusting that the energy flows exactly where it needs to.

Energy isn’t limited by time or space. During a distance session, I tune into your energy field just as I would in person. Many clients report feeling sensations, release, or deep peace even from afar. This will be performed through a self surrogate method,
You will receive a follow-up message to ground and integrate in your experience.

These sessions are not to diagnose, treat, or cure nor should they be in replacement for medical, psychological, or crisis care.
You are your own healer, I invite you to come into this space with self-responsibility, an open heart, and a willingness to meet yourself wherever you’re at. Your body and energy will guide the process — and I am simply here to hold space with you in that.
Many people have shared experiences of feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, emotionally released, or deeply rested after their sessions. Everyone’s journey is different, and the energy will always meet you where you are, in the way that serves your system best.

For both in-person and distance sessions, wear comfortable clothes. For distant if you are planning to make time to be present with yourself then ensure you are set up prior to the session in a nice quiet space to relax. You don’t need to meditate or focus — just receive.

This is really different for each and every person. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotions, or visuals. Others just feel deeply relaxed. Each person is different. Whether it feels subtle or strong, the energy is still working with and through you.

Sometimes messages come through intuitively, and I’ll share them if they feel relevant and supportive. But the focus is on your own healing experience, not reading or interpretation.

To support your integration, I recommend:
Drink plenty of water – to support energetic flow and clearing
Take it slow – allow yourself to rest, reflect, and move gently
Stay grounded – eat nourishing food, walk barefoot, or connect with nature
Notice what comes up – emotions, dreams, or insights may arise as part of your process
Trust your body – listen to what it needs without judgment
There’s no right or wrong way to feel — this is your space to simply be.
