Energetic art project - snail mail edition
P.s What would I know?
An experiment in visually scribing collective energy.
I’ve been thinking a lot about energy, connection, art and how they all role into one another so much in my life. I am always seen creating from the season of life I am in. I also feel this is the connector through my life whenever I am going through something or a certain season and happen to be talking to someone about it either them or I are shocked at the amount of lap overs, not necessarily in the same experience but the themes in what we are feeling and or experiencing are so in synced. I guess what I am talking about is intentionally connecting into the collective energy swirling around in this realm and making intentional shared magic that is relevant to us all.
I want to experiment with it and see what comes forth for me and for you.
Trusting in myself, in the timing of the universe, of what comes up instead of second guessing everything which is a learnt behavior I have acquired in this colonized world. So, on that note this felt like a way to reconnect, create and honestly relearn the feeling of that sacred trust for myself.
P.s But what do I know ?
A monthly snail mail art project, where once a month I’ll intentionally connect into that wider collective energy and see what comes forth and trust in that it’s exactly what needs to be seen, heard or felt.
That’s really ... I don’t know beforehand what I am going to paint each month, there isnt a theme and im not going into it particularly looking for any answers or thoughts.
For one hour ill pay attention to whatever it is that’s comes up and create from there.
During this hour I invite anyone that feels called to engage in their own spaces to do so in whatever capacity they feel called to. This might look as simple as bringing that collective energy to your mind, it might be engaging in your own art, meditating or not even bringing a single thought to it is still a trusting it what shows up. There is absolutely no requirements for this hour. Your decision to subscribe is your permission to engage.
When will the allocated hour be each month ?
7pm AEST on the first Thursday of every month.
What will I get ?
Every month, I will post you :
A5 or A6 print of the artworkk
A personal letter of the experience from my perspective of the experince.
When will I receive my letter / artwork?
I will post all letters via snail mail on the first Monday after the Thursday club.
Is this a subscription model ?
Yes, it is a subscription model which is a payment that will occur on the 1st of every month. You can cancel at anytime.
